Customer Aggravation Department
Monday, July 5th, 2010Why are there varying levels of Customer “Service” and each are so lacking? I think they should rename themselves, “Customer Aggravation Department”. And when you call because you are experiencing a problem with the product or service they sold you, they then can say, “Oh, you have a problem, let me transfer you to the Customer Aggravation Department in order to further complicate the issue and aggravate you enough to never call us again.”
Gah.
